Friday, June 6, 7 p.m. Five Star Broadway Concert at Mizner Park. Bring your lawn chairs and pack a picnic for this free concert.

Saturday, June 7, 10a.m.-noon, Adventures in Marine Biology at Gumbo Limbo. Reservations Required. Call 338-1473. Ages 13-17. Explore the world of jeely fish and coral. $6 per person for member, $9 per person for nonmember.

Meet at Gumbo Limbo and travel to FAU for a science lecture, Then climb up the stairs to the observatory and see stars up close. $6 per member, $9 per non-member.

Saturday, June 14, 10a.m.-12 p.m. Create a Sea Life Canvas Tote at Michaels, Glades Rd. Ages 5–12. $5 per child—supplies included. With a few paints and a stencil, create a bag that’s perfect for toting stuff to sports events, ballet, music lessons, etc. Kids are invited to join 30-minute sessions at 10am, 10:30am, 11am or 11:30am.

Admission is 50 cents for family favorites playing each Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. this summer! “Firehouse Dog” is about Rex, Hollywood's top K-9 star, who gets lost and is reluctantly adopted by a defiant boy, whose father is the fire chief of a rundown station.
